• Your "contact" email address, if not the one from which you send this request.

• The email address you will be using to "control" the service.
  (i.e. issuing updates to your logo protection database and URLs of logos to check)

We will then reply stating when your trial period will start and end.

From your "control" email address email databasechange@forbrains.co.uk with a list of URLs of logos you wish to protect (less than 10 for trial version), each on a separate line in the body of the email.

If at any time you have a query regarding your account simply email us at sales@forbrains.co.uk from your "contact" email address.

At the end of each calendar month we will email an invoice to your "contact" email address showing a breakdown of usage and charges on your account. You have 28 days to query and pay this invoice.

You can close your account at any time from your "contact" email address by sending your request to sales@forbrains.co.uk.

If you are using the same "contact" email address across multiple LogoChecker accounts, please remember to detail the "control" email address of the account you are referring to in any emails to us.

If at any time you have a query regarding your account simply email us at sales@forbrains.co.uk from your "contact" email address.

You pay the basic monthly premium in advance. Any usage charges beyond your service band limits will be added to your next months invoice. Invoices are sent to your "contact" email address on or about the same calendar day your account was activated, showing a breakdown of usage and charges on your account. You have 28 days to query and pay this invoice.

You are required to give at least 14 days notice for closing your account. The service is charged on a per month basis from the date your account became activated. Eg If your account is activated on 25/2/06 you will have to notify us before the 11/4/06, if you want your service to finish on the 24/4/06, and be charged for two months usage.
